About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Solutions Owner for Consumer Panel Services to join our team at NielsenIQ. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering effective tech tools to enable Panel Management & Auditor-supported data collection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify system features & performance gaps to enhance, ensuring seamless data collection and analysis.
  • Facilitate the Product Incremental (PI) planning process, aligning with regional panel Product Leadership (PL) and Operations teams.
  • Assess enhancements & change requests, providing expert recommendations for implementation.
  • Develop and deliver requirements to the Technology teams for solutions in scope, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Approve solution design and review prototypes, guiding on-time and accurate delivery.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) globally, ensuring seamless integration and deployment.
  • Maintain system release communications, documenting and maintaining operational processes and training materials tied to the solution.
  • Manage early stages of deployment/hypercare, monitoring and resolving any post-deployment issues.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of work experience in implementing new processes and technologies, preferably in a consumer intelligence or market research setting.
  • Fluent in Business English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage, develop, and mentor talent, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Good understanding of process and operational metrics, with a focus on continuous process improvements.
  • Technically savvy to work on analytical tools, with a strong understanding of data collection and analysis methodologies.
  • Highly effective communication skills, matched with good presentation and influencing skills, to drive business outcomes.
  • Ability to operate effectively with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
  • Result-oriented with an aptitude for continuous process improvements, driving business growth and innovation.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
  • Attention to detail, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
