About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Solutions Owner to join our Consumer Panel Services team at NielsenIQ. As a Tech Solutions Owner, you will be responsible for delivering effective technology solutions to enable panel management and auditor-supported data collection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify System Gaps and Enhancements

Identify system features and performance gaps to enhance, ensuring that our technology solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients and stakeholders.

Facilitate PI Planning Process

Facilitate the Product Incremental (PI) planning process, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our technology solutions are aligned with business objectives.

Assess Enhancements and Change Requests

Assess enhancements and change requests, ensuring that they are aligned with business objectives and meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.

Write and Deliver Requirements

Write and deliver requirements to the Technology teams for solutions in scope, ensuring that they are clear, concise, and meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.

Approve Solution Design and Review Prototypes

Approve solution design and review prototypes to ensure that they meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders, and are delivered on-time and accurately.

Maintain System Release Communications

Maintain system release communications, documenting and maintaining operational processes and training materials tied to the solution.

Manage Deployment and Hypercare

Manage the early stages of deployment and hypercare, monitoring the solution to ensure that it meets the needs of our clients and stakeholders.

Requirements
  • 3+ Years of Work Experience

3+ years of work experience, ideally in implementing new processes and technologies, with a strong understanding of business operations and technology solutions.

Fluent in Business English

Fluent in Business English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to Engage and Develop Talent

Ability to engage, develop, and mentor talent, with a strong understanding of leadership and team management.

Good Understanding of Process and Operational Metrics

Good understanding of process and operational metrics, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions.

Technically Savvy

Technically savvy, with a strong understanding of analytical tools and technology solutions.
