Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with payroll vendor and local teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Review payment requests before submission for processing
- Calculate employee payouts including retroactive salary adjustments and vacation pay
- Manage timekeeping systems and data through auditing and validation
- Conduct root cause analysis of potential errors and implement corrective actions
- Generate reports from the payroll system for company stakeholders
- Support internal and external audits as needed
- Address payroll inquiries from employees and HR department
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures with proper backups
What You Need for the Position
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Administration, Accounting, or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance or human resources
- 1-2 years of experience as a Payroll Processor is preferred
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Customer service mindset
