Under the supervisionof the HR Manager Bajio plant, isresponsible for providing support to the HR functions related to Payroll andBenefits, including: Contracts, Files control, Salary and positions changes,Time and Attendance system, Food Coupons, bank accounts and other benefits, prepareand review the documents to support the preparation of the payroll and otheradministrative tasks.
SPECIFICRESPONSIBILITIES
Control, prepare and review the information to support payroll preparation.
Perform administrative functions supporting payroll area, such as being in charge of the control of the time and attendance system for all our personal
Maintain updated HR Systems, SAP, Eslabon etc.
Capture termination information on SAP.
Assist personnel with general questions related to their payments.
Control and archive the Files Control
Assist in the new hire orientations process and elaborate their badges.
Support all the personnel events in the Plants.
Maintains accurate and timely personnel record-keeping and processing.
Distribute the food coupons for the factory workers ad bank cards
Manages ticket withGSS team
Assist in other office tasks as needed.
Request and ensure all promotions an personnel movements are done in an accurate way andon time.
Support in ACTs HRDS, CCRs
Comply with the Health and Safety Roles and Responsibilities established for this position (See Responsibilities chart by position).
Skills/Requirements EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEREQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
Preference Administrative technical degree education.
EXPERIENCE:
Preference with 12 months experience in administrativesupport I payroll. Human Resources experience in a manufacturing / environmentis preferred.
FORMATION:
Preference working Knowledge of Microsoft Windowsbased software applications. Excel
