About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Associate to join our Spanish Market team at Factorial HR. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for maintaining and creating strong relationships with our existing customers, ensuring their needs and queries are resolved efficiently, and providing exceptional support to drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and Develop Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Problem-Solving and Resolution: Effectively resolve customer queries and issues via various channels, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the operations team and clients to control and follow up on any bugs, assist with basic troubleshooting, and provide information about products and services.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document interactions and maintain records of customer communications.
  • Language Proficiency: Possess a proficient level of Spanish and English, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
