Estamos en busca de un Community Manager Comercial que sea creativo, proactivo, espontaneo, sociable, buen orador, que tenga gusto por el marketing digital y la atención al cliente (pacientes) por redes sociales para realizar las siguientes actividades:
- Gestionar el día a día de las interacciones en los diversos canales de comunicación de la marca.
- Dar seguimiento a las campañas de comunicación por redes sociales (contestar en las diferenres plataformas las preguntas o comentarios de las comunidades).
- Proponer la creación de contenido atractivo para todas las plataformas que maneja, incluidas redes sociales entre otros con las necesidades detectadas con la interacción con los clientes (pacientes) y/o tendencias.
Perfil:
- Egresado de Comunicación, Mercadotecnia, Negocios Internacionales o afín.
- Conocimiento funcional de plataformas digitales, relaciones públicas y eventos promocionales.
- Perfecta comunicación oral y escrita.
Nota:
En resumen, queremos encontrar a esa persona que funcione como la voz de nuestras marcas y gestione todas las comunicaciones de la comunidad.
Requisitos:
a) Experiência laboral probada como Community Manager mínimo 1 año.
b) Conocimiento del área de ventas o atención al cliente orgánico y de leads (alta interacción).
c) Capacidad para interpretar las métricas de participación del cliente en línea.
d) Capacidad para identificar y rastrear métricas relevantes de la comunidad.
e) Conocimiento en tendencias para la generación de contenidos.
f) Conocimiento de marketing online, canales de marketing y herramientas digitales.
g) Atención al detalle y capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas.
h) Es un Plus si eres Bilingüe.

Lunes a viernes 9:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m. y sábados de 8:00 a.m. a 4:00 p.m.
