- Analyze the IT needs of the plants, with the purpose of suggesting improvements according to the corporate standards.
- Ensure that IT user support is always at the levels required by the operation.
- Monitor the communication links (VOICE and DATA) of the plants.
- Align IT resources with the purpose of supporting plant operations.
- Deliver job specific training to the personnel in charge through the RHUF046 format.
- Perform the risk analysis of the activities of the position, according to the format GREF003 Risk Analysis.
