Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Humaniq Headhunters. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through prompt and professional communication, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Order Fulfillment and Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter and verify customer orders, shipments, receipts, and inventory data in a timely manner.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Sales, IT, Finance, and other departments to process and manage customer orders through EDI, Warehouse Management System (Manhattan), and ERP (Microsoft Nav).
  • Warehouse Operations and Special Projects: Coordinate special warehouse projects and special shipping requests, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Reporting and Problem-Solving: Identify and report any issues to Management, working with the appropriate department to resolve the situation and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, 4-5 years of customer service experience, with 2+ years in a Distribution Center and/or 3PL environment preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with EDI and warehouse management systems is strongly preferred.
