Zuru Holding es la primera insurtech de Latam, enfocada en reducir la brecha de aseguramiento de seguros logísticos a favor de pymes y distribuidores logísticos.


Actualmente contamos con operación en Perú y México y tenemos el respaldo de 04 principales aseguradoras nacionales e internacionales: Chubb, HDI, Pacifico Seguros y Lampe & Schwartze.


A la fecha mantenemos dos divisiones comerciales:

Zuru, plataforma digital on - demand para la contratación de seguros de carga internacional y local a favor de importadoras, exportadoras y distribuidoras de mercancías.

D2D, plataforma SaaS para la contratación de seguros de carga internacional y local a favor de actores logísticos:
agentes de carga, agentes aduaneros, operadores logísticos y transportistas.

Funciones del cargo:

  • Prospectar y referir clientes para desarrollar relaciones comerciales y la creación de una base de potenciales clientes.
  • Generar reuniones, físicas y virtuales para concretar las ventas para el aumento de cartera orgánica y logro de objetivos.
  • Definir estrategias comerciales para buscar mayor capacitación de clientes en el mercado.
  • Analizar y realizar reportes de prospección y ventas para controlar, conocer el mercado y el perfil de cada cliente.
  • Reportes y presentaciones a superiores de avances para el control y seguimiento de los superiores por el crecimiento de la cartera.

Requerimientos del cargo:

  • Mínimo 1 año realizando funciones similares.
  • Residencia en Monterrey o con capacidad para cambio de residencia.
  • Disponibilidad para viajes a Ciudad de México.
  • Bachiller o egresado de las carreras de Administración de Empresas, Comercio Exterior, Negocios Internacionales o carreras afines.

Opcionales:

  • Deseable conocimiento en trasporte de carga internacional y local.
  • Deseable especialización en Comercio Exterior y en Aduanas.
  • Dominio de Office e inglés a nível intermedio.
