Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing professional to join our team as a Territorial Sales Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to drive sales success and lead a team of retail sales professionals in our Monterrey and metropolitan territory.
About the Role
As a Territorial Sales Executive, you will be responsible for leading a network of retail stores that offer our insurance products. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase sales performance.
- Providing sales training and coaching to retail sales teams to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
- Reviewing and analyzing sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with retail store managers and sales teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our insurance products to retail customers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven sales experience in a retail or sales environment, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with retail store managers and sales teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance data and develop effective action plans.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
- Knowledge of insurance products and sales techniques, with the ability to provide sales training and coaching to retail sales teams.
