**Job Summary**

As a Territorial Sales Executive - Multi Accounts at American International Group, you will have the opportunity to drive sales success across a network of 60 retail stores in the Monterrey and metropolitan territory. This role is ideal for individuals with proven sales skills in retail settings, who are passionate about building strong relationships with store teams and driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Plan and schedule regular visits to retail stores to engage with staff, provide training and sales clinics, and review sales performance.
  • Establish sales commitments and hold regular feedback sessions with store managers and team leaders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide product and sales technique training to retail staff, ensuring they have the knowledge required to upsell products such as Extended Warranties.
  • Ensure retail stores are fully supplied with Terms & Conditions contracts and point of sale material.
  • Spending 10% of time in the office on administrative tasks, such as reports on sales and training activity, expense reports, and operational meetings.
