Job Description:

  • Process all internal and external ECN requests. Coordinate activities with Workcell staff. Receive and interpret changes requested.
  • Update SAP for BOM, new part numbers and drawings.
  • Maintain 100% BOM accuracy
  • Manage effectivity dates for BOM in SAP in conjunction with planning.
  • Collaborate with purchasing department to eliminate excess and obsolete.
  • Document, coordinate and gather approval for all financial impact analysis generated by ECN
  • Monitor and update ECN implementation dates. Communicate to customer updates
  • Coordinate weekly ECN meeting with Workcell.

Requirements:

Advanced EnglishMinimum 5 years direct related experienceSAP/ERP ExperienceStrong team contributor, comfortable in leading cross functional and multi-cultural teams.
Negotiation skills.
Analytical, demonstrated problem solving and project management skillsProactive, teamworkProficient in dealing with language and cultural barriers.
