Recibe las Ordenes (PO's) de las diferentes afiliadas, verificacion y control total de las PO

Responsable de ingresar PO's de las Afiliadas en Sistema

Crea en sistema ASI400 TR (Transfer) en relación al requerimiento de las PO's.

Se comunica con las Afiliadas para confirmar las PO's y proporcionar estatus y progreso de las mismas.

Atiende semanalmente junta con las diferentes afiliadas según se requiera.


Semanalmente da seguimiento con Planeación para conocer el progreso y estatus de las ordenes y asegurar se cumplan en tiempo y forma.

Sera responsable de notificar de forma oportuna los fallos en las fechas de entrega a cada afiliada.

Responsable de generar y publicar listado semanal de exportación.

Coordinar con el área Embarques/Aduana los envíos del material hacia NFI.

Administra y coordina la asignación de las ordenes para los embarques y comunica al "Export Sales Specialist".
