POSITION OVERVIEW
Are you an accounting/finance graduate or professional looking to get involved in the real estate industry? Or maybe just an accountant looking to join a high-performing team at a growth-oriented company? If you are we'd love to talk to you
COMPETENCIES & REQUIREMENTS
- Oversee the entire accounting function for a large real estate portfolio across multiple states.
- Produce and review accounting statements sent to our clients.
- Work with operations team members to help respond to customer inquiries regarding financial information.
- Help our internal accounting function by reviewing company revenue and areas of opportunity.
- Establish, modify, document, and coordinate the implementation of accounting procedures.
- Identify, recommend and initiate process improvements and enhancements.
- Assist in scaling the accounting department as the company grows.
We need someone who will thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and isn't afraid to deal with a little bit of chaos while working towards "organized chaos".
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance related field
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Basic accounting skills
- Must be detailoriented and a team player
