Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the implementation of the MES system and oversee its maintenance and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Develop project plans, and schedules for manufacturing projects.
  • Manage MES timelines and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project status reports, project plans, and project budgets.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the use of the MES system.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in MES implementation and project managementin a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems,including MES, ERP, and automation systems.
  • Excellent project management skills, includingthe ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, leadership,and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with SQL, Oracle, or other relational databases
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in the design and implementation of shop floor systems is required.
  • Experience working with MES applications such as Nysus, Insequence, or IPCis strongly desired.
  • Must be able and willing to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants
  • ERP (SAP or Mfg / Pro) systems experience
  • Extensive interactions with people, teams, and organizations
  • Good blend of people skills, technical / functional skills and knowledge
  • Excellent Multi-tasking skills to manage multiple priorities throughout the working day
  • Comfortable with situations that include ambiguity andcomplexity.
