Habilidades y experiencia:

Escolaridad: Licenciatura Económico-Administrativa, deseable Maestría en Proyectos, Administrativa o áreas sociales o de comunicación. Objetivo de la posición: Gestionar, adoptar y comunicar el cambio para el portafolio de proyectos de la compañía

Responsabilidades:

Responsable de la adopción de la estrategia del cambio del portafolio de proyectos Gestión de los consultores de adopción del cambio a lo largo el proyecto y de los recursos internos si los hubiere. Responsable de diseñar, comunicar e implantar la estrategia de comunicación Planificación y comunicación de UAT y periodo de post-implementacion -Hypercare- del portafolio de proyectos, en lo que respecta a la gestión de los usuarios involucrados en el portafolio del proyecto Capacitación a los usuarios finales sobre los cambios a implementar/implementados en el portafolio de proyectos Gestión y mantenimiento de la Matriz de Stakeholders del portafolio de proyectos, incluyendo todas las áreas [proyecto, desarrollo y áreas usuarias]
