Position Summary: We are in search of a qualified professional to fill the role of Organizational Change Management Office Analyst. This position is pivotal in overseeing Change Execution Risk Controls and ensuring effective monitoring, while also facilitating the generation of standardized project and program reports for the US change portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Change Execution Risk Control Management:
  • Produce standard and customized reports that adhere to established Reporting and Insights processes, guidelines, frameworks, and data requirements.
  • Aggregate data necessary for fulfilling ad-hoc requests and insights.
  • Reporting and Insights:
  • Generate standard and customized reports in alignment with prescribed Reporting and Insights protocols.
  • Assist in data collection and verification to support the Global Transformation Portfolio and Programme Management team, ensuring a comprehensive view of the portfolio's profile and current status.
  • Facilitate data collection according to standardized definitions from various sources, identifying data gaps and inconsistencies as part of the data reconciliation initiative.
  • Support the collection and verification of data for Global Function reporting requirements.
  • Impact on Business/Function:
  • Ensure effective management of Change Execution Risk in the US, responsibly overseeing investments in change initiatives and demonstrating compliance to US regulators through reporting.
  • Provide expertise in the Change Framework, establishing accountability for project teams to adhere to HSBC standards.
  • Contribute to the objectives of the US Organizational Change Management Office and US Transformation Delivery.
  • Operational Effectiveness and Control:
  • Support adherence to HSBC's Change Framework by project teams, utilizing standardized change management tools.
  • Exhibit proficiency in analytical tools and techniques to prepare and analyze management reports, identifying factors that contribute to increased execution risk.
  • Assist portfolios by addressing ad-hoc inquiries regarding project/program data and offering practice advice.

Qualifications:

• Comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles across multiple disciplines or in a rapidly evolving field.

• A solid grasp of a value unit, product, region, or legal entity, along with an awareness of industry challenges and changes.

• Management experience overseeing a sizable team of professionals, including budget and planning responsibilities.
