Position Summary: We are in search of a qualified individual to fill the role of Organizational Change Management Office Analyst. This position is pivotal in overseeing US Change Execution Risk Controls and ensuring comprehensive monitoring, while also aiding in the generation of standardized project and program reports for the US change portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Change Execution Risk Control Management:
  • Produce straightforward standard and customized reports that adhere to established Reporting and Insights processes, guidelines, frameworks, and data requirements.
  • Gather necessary data to facilitate the delivery of customized requests and insights.
  • Reporting and Insights:
  • Generate clear standard and customized reports that align with prescribed Reporting and Insights processes, guidelines, frameworks, and data requirements.
  • Compile data essential for fulfilling customized requests and insights.
  • Assist in the collection and validation of data to support the Global Transformation Portfolio & Programme Management team, ensuring a unified view of the portfolio profile and current status.
  • Support the collection of data in accordance with standard definitions from various sources, identifying data gaps and inconsistencies as part of the data reconciliation initiative.
  • Contribute to the collection and verification of data to meet Global Function reporting requirements.
  • Impact on Business/Function:
  • Ensure effective management of Change Execution Risk within the US, responsibly overseeing investments in change initiatives and demonstrating compliance to US regulators through reporting.
  • Provide expertise in the Change Framework, establishing accountability for project teams to adhere to HSBC standards.
  • Support the objectives of the US Organizational Change Management Office and US Transformation Delivery.
  • Operational Effectiveness and Control:
  • Assist in ensuring project teams comply with HSBC's Change Framework, utilizing standard change management tools.
  • Exhibit proficiency in analytical tools and techniques to prepare and analyze management reports, identifying factors that contribute to increased execution risk.
  • Support portfolios by addressing ad-hoc inquiries related to project/program data and offering practice advice.

Qualifications:

- Comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles across multiple disciplines or within a rapidly evolving field.

- The role necessitates a solid grasp of a value unit, product, region, or legal entity, coupled with a good understanding of industry dynamics and challenges.

- Management responsibilities for a substantial team of professionals, including budget oversight and planning.
