¿Qué buscamos?


Buscamos
un/a técnico/a de soporte IT**, con +3 años de experiência en posición similar, con una clara orientación a la resolución de problemas y a la excelencia de servicio técnico, para nuestra sede de Mexico.




¿Cómo va a ser tu día a día?

  • Brindar soporte informático a los empleados de la empresa a través de la herramienta interna de ticketing.
  • Administrar el inventario de activos externos e internos.
  • Colaborar en los onboardings y offboardings junto con RRHH y Business Support.
  • Resolver problemas de HW, SW y SO Windows.
  • Conocimientos de hardware, recambio de componentes informáticos.
  • Administración básica de AzureAD y sus políticas.
  • Apoyar al equipo de Ciberseguridad & IT Global para alinear las políticas del país, el inventario, etc.
