Descripción ydetalle de Actividades
- Diseñar los diferentes instrumentos de control de gestión de la empresa generando reportes financieros con información veraz, oportuna y confiable, supervisando el trabajo del personal de los diferentes departamentos para utilizarlos como herramientas de apoyo en el proceso de toma de decisiones.
- Participar en los proyectos y lineamientos de Seguridad así como su cumplimiento.
- Fomentar y participar en los proyectos de mejora continua considerando el alcance del puesto de trabajo.
- Elaborar el plan financiero / presupuesto anual y plan estratégico planeando y ejecutando que los objetivos se reflejen en los presupuestos futuros para alcanzar los objetivos financieros y operacionales de la empresa.
- Determinar los indicadores clave (KPI's) de gestión de la empresa identificando y analizando las posibles desviaciones y problemas para su inclusión en los informes de control de gestión para monitorear e informar a la dirección y departamentos responsables de los diferentes objetivos (KPI's).
- Dirigir la toma de decisiones estratégicas mediante el análisis permanente de los resultados obtenidos en la empresa para retomar dirección y alcanzar objetivos.
- Evaluar el conocimiento del entorno económico, financiero y fiscal para un adecuado control de riesgos, tendencias tecnológicas y económicas mediante la identificación de oportunidades y riesgos para la empresa para salvaguardar los activos de la empresa y alcanzar los objetivos de la organización.
- Realizar las demás funciones inherentes al puesto de acuerdo a las necesidades de la empresa para cumplir con las metas establecidas de la organización
REQUISITOS EDUCATIVOS:
- Carrera Universitaria en Licenciatura de Contabilidad. Administracion
- Especialidad en Finanzas Corporativas (deseable)
- Maestría (deseable)
EXPERIENCIA LABORAL:
- Experiência mínima de 5 años en posición similar MAQUINARIA/EQUIPO/
SOFTWARE:
- Conocimientos computacionales intermedioavanzado
- Dominio en el uso de portales bancarios, control de costos, uso de inventarios y cuentas por pagar
- Dominio en el uso de créditos bancarios
