Company Description

Job Description:

  • Researches and resolves complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. Maintains direct contact with numerous departments and multiple channels of distribution.
  • Ensures correct information is received and captured into orders and databases.
  • Promotes organization's products and services always aligned with Product and Pricing specific objectives.
  • Work is performed under moderate supervision and measurable performance indicators.

Qualifications:

  • Develop direct customer relationships and act as the primary customer resource.
  • Work closely with multiple departments outside Supply Chain to ensure quick solutions to any customer request.
  • Manage order entry requests, change orders, RMAs, and warranty claims.
  • Strong collaboration with Supply Chain activities as logistics and inventory management.
  • Use data to drive correct decisions, clarify priorities and optimize adherence to customer commitment.
  • A 4year college degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Two (+) years of business experience with significant exposure to Customer Service is preferred.
  • A proven resourceful and creative decisionmaker, with a sound analytical judgment.
  • Driven to produce measurable results and continuous improvement.

  • Detailoriented with strong process, organizational and oral/written communication skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including virtual and electronic communications.
  • Prior experience and/or willingness to work virtually with team members that are not colocated.
  • Sound knowledge of the company's products and services.
  • Experience with data analysis and spreadsheet tools.
  • Familiarity with SAP, QuickBase, Power BI, and Salesforce.
