Responsabilidades:

  • Garantizar la correcta aplicación de los estándares, políticas y procesos de recursos humanos y asesora a los líderes y asociados sobre temas de recursos humanos, Desarrollo de asociados/liderazgo, Desarrollo organizacional incl. gestión del cambio, reestructuración, Planificación, Compensación/Recompensa y Relaciones Laborales.
  • Facilita la estrategia de la división/sitio en el área de responsabilidad proporcionando desarrollo de estrategias de recursos humanos, implementación de procesos clave y soporte de consultoría para optimizar el capital humano e impactar el negocio mediante la implementación de medidas de recursos humanos adecuadas.
  • Desarrollo organizacional incluyendo gestión del cambio, reestructuración.
  • Apoya la fuerza laboral y la planificación de sucesión.
  • Asesora a liderazgo en temas de relaciones laborales.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas/procedimientos internos y legales.
  • Visión de mejora continua e innovación.
