Funciones:

  • Gestionar Solicitudes entrantes y consulta de mesa de ayuda
  • Identificar y evaluar necesidades de los clientes
  • Crear relaciones sostenibles y de confianza con las cuentas de clientes
  • Atender a quejas, y ofrecer soluciones, así como alternativas adecuadas dentro de plazos, y realizar el seguimiento para garantizar la solución.
  • Generación de tickets de servicio mediante Zoho
  • Asignación de tickets en base a carga de trabajo, tipo de tecnología, y severidad de incidente
  • Monitoreo y Seguimiento de cada ticket hasta solucion
  • Actualización de BD de clientes y contratos
  • Actualización y mejoras de herramientas de Zoho

Salario:
$10,000 pesos libres al mes + Bono trimestral en base a puntualidad, atención y seguimiento + Prestaciones de ley
