Job Title: Service Desk

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Agent to provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve customer issues
  • Use questioning techniques to uncover issues and find the best solutions or actions to resolve queries
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone and/or email to provide clear and concise instructions
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months' call center experience in a Service Desk or IT Help Desk environment
  • Ability to navigate through various tools and screens while troubleshooting with customers
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (speaking and writing)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills, with B1H/B2 English proficiency
What We Offer:
  • Base Salary: $18,000 - $21,600 per month
  • Performance Bonus up to $2,000
  • 2 days off per week
