We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Agent to provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve customer issues
- Use questioning techniques to uncover issues and find the best solutions or actions to resolve queries
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone and/or email to provide clear and concise instructions
- Minimum 12 months' call center experience in a Service Desk or IT Help Desk environment
- Ability to navigate through various tools and screens while troubleshooting with customers
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (speaking and writing)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent verbal and communication skills, with B1H/B2 English proficiency
- Base Salary: $18,000 - $21,600 per month
- Performance Bonus up to $2,000
- 2 days off per week
- All law benefits
