Objetivo del puesto:Ejecutar planes y transacciones para maximizar el valor del portafolio del Corporate Real Estate. Dar Input acerca de la planeación del portafolio. Administrar el portafolio de adquisiciones y desarrollo.
Tus Actividades
- Evaluar opciones y viabilidad de bienes raices para determinar oportunidades comerciales.
- Proporcionar información del mercado para respaldar opciones inmobiliarias.
- Negociar el mejor resultado para la transacción y presentar oportunidades de negocio.
- Entrega de nuevos proyectos trabajando con equipos de construcción e instalaciones.
- Trabajar con partes interesadas para finalizar transacciones, incluidos los aspectos jurídicos, minoristas y financieros.
Tu perfil
- Licenciatura en Derecho (titulado)
- Inglés Intermedio- avanzado
- Conocimiento en lenguaje de arrendamiento y documentación legal relacionada específica para bienes raices comerciales.
- 3 años de experiencia manejando ejecutando planes y transacciones para maximizar el valor del portafolio del Corporate Real Estate.
- Paquetería Office (Avanzado)
