Acerca del puesto:

En Ferrero trabajamos con grandes ideas para ganar el corazón de muchas familias en el mundo, y tú puedes ser parte del equipo que contribuya a hacer las marcas de Ferrero aún más extraordinarias. Actualmente nos encontramos buscando a un Bran Manager JR para diseñar planes de marketing (innovación, promoción y publicidad) con el fin de lograr los objetivos de ventas y participación de mercado a corto y mediano plazo.

Principales responsabilidades:
  • En este rol planearas y diseñaras planes de acción para, una vez autorizados, liderar y coordinaras la ejecución.
  • Coordinaras y Desarrollaras junto al Gerente de la Marca y Agencia de Publicidad los materiales de las diferentes campañas en las plataformas físicas y digitales.
  • Analizaras semanal y mensualmente, el performance por canal de la marca para llevar un control sobre su desempeño y detectar áreas de oportunidad.
  • Analizaras las tendencias de mercado, la competencia y el consumidor para identificar oportunidades y ventajas competitivas de la marca.
  • Controlaras y administraras el presupuesto de la marca para tener un control sobre las inversiones y gastos de la misma, así como su impacto en el P&L
  • Monitorearas el desempeño de la marca interno (frescura, DDI, disponibilidad de producto)
  • Establecerás y promoverás relaciones efectivas con los equipos comerciales y proveedores
  • Coordinaras las promociones al consumidor para incrementar la frecuencia de compra
  • Lideraras la innovación de la marca y lanzamiento en tiempo
  • Coordinaras los procesos de investigación de mercado, revisar cuestionarios y coordinar materiales para el tracking de salud de las marcas
  • Aseguraras el proceso de shopper factory de cualquier lanzamiento
  • Buscaras tendencias del consumer Insight que sean cuantitativas, robustas y objetivas.
  • Definirás cómo se puede utilizar la información generada por el consumer insight para soportar juicios.

A quién estamos buscando:
  • Formación en Licenciatura en Marketing o Económico Administrativa.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 año en roles similares.
  • Inglés fluido.
  • Paquetería Office (Excel nivel avanzado &Power Point)
  • Deseable, no indispensable: manejo de SAP y Nielsen
  • Buscamos a una persona dinámica, analítica y con alto sentido de urgencia, así como una gran pasión por llevar a las marcas a excelentes resultados.
