About the Role

We are looking for a MKT Region Business Planner and Development to effectively implement our commercial transformation initiatives and new categories projects at Region level. In this role, we will be accountable for the definition of commercial capabilities including project planning, project management, project update to Region Manager and Commercial Transformation Manager. If you are motivated to manage and coordinate multiple project streams, managing timing, staffing and resource required, this role is for you.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain the Program roadmap in collaboration with Commercial Transformation Manager.
  • Ensure projects implementation in terms of scope-cost-timing, balancing the different streams and managing the relative interactions.
  • Be accountable for a balanced risk assessment plan and backup, as for the identification of streams overlaps or conflicts (timing, resources, objectives), facilitating conversation to solve issues and escalates if necessary.
  • Propose streams prioritization to ensure sustainability or estimates additional resources needed.
  • Define a sustainable plan for capabilities implementation at Region level in alignment with key stakeholders priority and guidelines, ensuring also capabilities program delivery and execution.
  • Collect updates on local implementation status and any criticality / rollout plan deviation.
  • Support Commercial Transformation Manager and Region Manager in preparing alignment meetings, highlighting plans updates and manage any escalations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar.
  • Experience as Project Manager for Commercial or Marketing.
  • Brand Management experience in FMCG industry.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Highly accountable and results oriented.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills.
