Tu misión será garantizar la prestación oportuna y de calidad de los servicios de auditoría de los gastos de viaje y de caja a las entidades de las Américas con el apoyo del Centro Regional de Excelencia.
El candidato ideal para esta posición cuenta con:
- Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Finanzas, Administración o similares.
- Alrededor de 2 o 3 años de experiencia en Cuentas por Cobrar
- Experiencia en Centros de Excelencia o Centro de Servicios Compartidos, es altamente deseable.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación en español e inglés (nivel intermedio o avanzado).
- Microsoft Office, nivel intermedio.
- Experiencia utilizando ERP (SAP, Oracle, M3, BPCS, entre otros); experiencia con Blackline y/o Cashbook, es deseable.
¿Cuáles serán las responsabilidades?
- Cotejar los pagos con las facturas pendientes
- Conciliaciones de cuentas del libro mayor
- Corrección de errores
- Facturación entre empresas
- Auditoría de los informes de gastos de viaje
- Conciliaciones Contables
- Apoyar la implementación de mejoras en los procesos y herramientas de Cuentas por Cobrar.
- Participar en proyectos para el equipo del Centro Regional de Excelencia de Cuentas por Cobrar.
- Contribuir a un excelente flujo de comunicación con las partes interesadas en la región y las partes pertinentes de la organización global
