Objetivo:
Asegurar la disponibilidad de los productos en el anaquel del cliente, mediante la optimización de costos y en base a los requerimientos de los clientes y las estrategias comerciales, con la finalidad de garantizar la satisfacción del cliente en tiempo y forma.
Liderar el éxito comercial para Nestlé y el cliente gracias a soluciones de Supply Chain que sean innovadoras y sustentables que resulten en una ventaja competitiva, optimizando los costos de servicio.
Un día en la vida de:
- Establecer y supervisar planes de mejora continua de manera conjunta con el área de ventas y conforme a las mejores prácticas de supply chain, con la finalidad de asegurar el cumplimiento de los compromisos adquiridos con los clientes en cuanto a servicio.
- Garantizar la atención personalizada con los clientes de las diferentes cuentas, mediante la coordinación del equipo de trabajo con las áreas involucradas y supervisando el cumplimiento de las iniciativas de Supply Chain con la finalidad de lograr acuerdos colaborativos con los clientes y obtener beneficios mutuos.
- Analizar posibles desviaciones a los indicadores de servicio acordados con los clientes de las diferentes cuentas, mediante la revisión período de los mismos, a fin de establecer planes de acción para el logro de los objetivos esperados.
- Liderar la iniciativa de on shelf availability para cuentas clave, identificando oportunidades, acordando con el cliente los planes y niveles de servicio que aseguren la disponibilidad de los productos en los puntos de venta del cliente.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento del concepto "Brilliant at Basics", mediante cumplimiento de indicadores acordados, procesos operativos eficientes, con la finalidad de garantizar la satisfacción de los requerimientos de los clientes.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en Key Customer Services/ Areas Servicio a Cliente,Supply Chain, Ventas.
- Excelente habilidad para comunicarse de manera asertiva y efectiva
- Manejo de empatía para resolución de conflictos de manera conciliadora
- Habilidad desarrollada para gestionar equipos
- Inglés avanzado
