**Responsibilities**:
**Consumer Engagement Activation Analyst**

**Main Purpose**
- An integral part of your role will be working with clients to further their digital marketing through Marketing Cloud usage. You will act as a trusted source of knowledge to advise clients in line with Marketing Cloud best practice and its growing number of capabilities to ultimately build a vision for a multi-channel roadmap._

**Accountabilities** / Responsibilities**
- _ Works in a client-facing role to lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions_
- _ Establishes and evolves best practices for the development efforts within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform._
- _ Proactive attitude: End to end ownership of a project - Strong ability to handle multiple priorities, develop and deliver solutions and results independently - Solution mind-set_
- _ Project and team management: resolving incidents, and having direction so that there are no breakdowns in client relationships._
- _ Ensure that the right service are delivered to clients in a timely manner._
- _ Provide quantitative results, commercial understanding and strategic insights._
- _ Lead meetings and workshops with customers to define define the customer project._

Qualifications:
**Qualifications / Requirements**
- _ Bachelor Degree:Merchandising, Business Administration_
- _ 1 to 2 years experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud mínimally including the following features: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPScript, Content Builder, Salesforce Connector, and Business Units._
- _ Experience with marketing campaign design, implementation, and execution_
- _ Experience across other digital marketing channels: ads, SMS, mobile apps, web_
- _ Experience in algorithmic decisioning or interactive management_
- _ Experience in a consulting environment and/or digital agency with demonstrated track record of continuing responsibilities, creativity, and innovation_
- _ Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certifications_
- _ Experience delivering solutions within waterfall and agile methodologies_
- _ Experience delivering solutions within waterfall and agile methodologies_
- _ Strong communication skills, as well as experience working in a consulting or IT services environment_
