Estamos buscando un Senior Sales Associate que tenga una cartera de clientes establecida y comprobada con un mínimo de 3 años de experiencia previa en retail de lujo para servir como representante de la marca y ofrecer un servicio al cliente de lujo en nuestra Boutique Principal en Palacio de Hierro Monterrey.


Cómo Contribuirás:
Trabajarías en la Boutique y seria responsable de las siguientes actividades:

Impulsar las ventas en la Boutique a mediante de la venta de mercancías y entendiendo los deseos de los clientes, y creando una experiencia única adaptada a las necesidades de cada cliente;

Cumplir y superar los objetivos de ventas personales y de la tienda establecidos por la gerencia;

Brinda un ambiente amigable que incluye saludar y reconocer a cada cliente, mantener estándares sobresalientes, conocimiento sólido del producto y todos los demás componentes del servicio al cliente;

Mantener un conocimiento de toda la información del producto y la mercancía;

Complete de manera precisa y eficiente todas las transacciones de ventas y mantenga las cuentas de efectivo y medios adecuadas en la caja ;

Clienteling - Construir y fomentar relaciones sólidas, significativas, auténticas y enriquecidas con los clientes a través de conexiones personales e iniciativas de CRM;

Utilizar proactivamente las herramientas CRM y aprovechar al máximo su tiempo asegurando el logro de los objetivos individuales y de la tienda, mejorando y desarrollando el negocio;

Asegurarse de monitorear y actualizar el CRM, para construir y mantener relaciones con los clientes actuales e identificar clientes potenciales;

Identificar clientes y participar en la creación de experiencias VIC exclusivas para clientes de alto potencial;

Demostrar liderazgo activo en el piso de ventas, para impulsar los objetivos individuales y de equipo y ser responsable de los resultados de ventas;

Ayudar en movimientos de piso, comercialización, mantenimiento de las vitrinas y mantenimiento de la tienda;

Mantenga una tienda limpia y ordenada en todo momento y siga los procedimientos adecuados para el atuendo y la presentación de joyas;

Cumpla con todas las políticas, procedimientos y prácticas de la Compañía, incluyendo la prevención de pérdidas;

Descargar entregas que puedes incluir levantar y transportar cajas y almacenar en áreas apropiadas;

Comunicar las solicitudes de los clientes a la gerencia;

Participar en todos los recuentos de inventario;

Reporta cualquier robo o sospecha de robo por parte de clientes o empleados a las partes apropiadas de inmediato;

Cualquier otro deber que le asigne la gerencia.

Alfabetización informática;

Se prefiere experiencia previa en venta minorista de lujo;
