Discover your new role

  • As a Customer Success Manager you will drive relationships, and adoption throughout stages of the implementation lifecycle by developing the foundation of key stakeholders, executives, and decision makers. You enable quality solutions and delivery with collaboration of other team members. You ensure the relationship beyond the current support owners, with a focus on business outcomes based on customer priorities.
  • You've identified the customer needs, and common practices to the industry. You have outcomes identified during the delivery of programs such as success engagement and other projects. You optimize solutions to help manage change and growth.
  • You drive strategic business and technical needs for change, advocates for customer transformation.
  • You plan a portfolio of work with services offered by Bring IT, and drive outcomes aligned with customer priorities.
  • You support efficiency, and target customer value, and enhance offerings in alignment with Bring IT policies.
  • You take ownership of coordination and connection to identify opportunities, questions, and or issues.
  • You lead complex internal needs to ensure progress, and mitigate blockers to customer goals.
  • You accelerate production on driving a solution to support the project lifecycle.
  • You act as an intermediary advisor and visionary. You contribute resource needs and timing to remove obstacles.
  • You embody Bring IT core values and philosophy.

Required needs:

  • The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in customer facing project management life cycle, experience working with methodology and a problem-solving mindset.
  • 2 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management upsell
  • Competitor or equivalent to ERP NetSuite Oracle
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent
  • Bilingual English, Spanish

This position is hybrid in Guadalajara, Mexico
