Job Summary:
Provide al support for to keep Security Operational controls for minimize or reduce company & property losses ensuring bussiness continuity.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish, implement and sustain all Security practices, policy and programs designed according corporate philosophy to safeguard the well being of employees at work or home.
  • Responsible for implement and sustain an Security Management System according to Corporate or International Standards.
  • Ensure that Security External Company complete reporting requirements of company reporting tools, governmental agencies, customer inquiries and other inquiries as required.
  • Implement, Monitor and Operate a Security Management System for for ensure property and perssonel integrity and avoid any kind of loss, trespassing, illegal entry, theft and fire; Control, prevent and immediatly notify of suspicious or unusual activities. Prepare incident reports of damage, theft or unusual occurrences according CT-PAT or Loss Prevention Requirements.
  • Audit Security Operational Controls at supply chain according international standards where is required.
  • Proveer Coaching y soporte para tener operaciones seguras, saludables y ambientalmente responsables de acuerdo a los crierios corporativos de TraneTechnologies y en cumplimiento pleno a las regulaciones aplicables.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Administration or Industrial Relations
  • 5 -7 years of experience in similar rol.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Security management Systems or Security International Standards. Integrity, analisis skills , customer service focus, teamwork
  • Microsoft Office intermediate level
  • Shifts Flexibility, effective communication, Fluent English
