Sr LA Customer Fulfillment Specialist
Keep a flawless supply chain for LA requirements, tracking Material arrivals, Production Plan, Develop and follow Priorities based on business needs as executive focus, revenue, aging, strategic orders. Assure on time options and boxes fulfillment to comply with customers commit, The principal customers of the process are: LAS conformed by AR, MX, CO, PE, VE, Bolivia, Uruguay, Paraguay, Ecuador, (BUPE), CAC and Brazil orders.
After receiving the orders It's necessary to execute appropriate fulfillment and materials transfers suppliers other locations, look for alternative parts when facing critical shortages, through Engineering systems, validate and assure technical information, engineering support to accomplish the best results for our customers.
Track Off spec and short ships when need till closure with customer. Be interface between Order Execution (OE) Manufacturing, Sales Operations and Customers, In order to have crisp information to set right customer expectations and challenge manufacturing to exceed expectative. Always focused on Client needs and success.
Translate vision and strategy into clear actionable goals from manufacture and Support areas. Utilize business performance reporting upper management against metrics and goals. Develop and implement solution plans to improve/meet customer expectations.
- Backlog identification, tracking status.
- Develop and establish priorities.
- Track critical shortage with Procurement to keep right focus.
- Off spec Miss Shipment proposals, documents and tracking with Engineering and Mfg.
- Document track metrics and goals.
- Keep and enhance processes to meet ISO9000/ISO14000.
- Keep and enhance process, operations, and auditable controls.
- 4+ years of customer fulfillment, order fulfillment, order entry, or procurement experience, manufacturing.
- Strong attention to detail for monitoring and auditing solution processing services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Effective communication and time management skills
- Advanced English - written and spoken(mandatory)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
- Experience with SAP (HANA)project management experience
