Key Responsibilities of the Customer Support Specialist:
- Facilitate the conversion of customer orders into PDF format and input these orders into our system to generate order numbers for review by the Inside Sales team.
- Verify items with no actual shortages and identify those with potential shortages for further examination by Inside Sales.
- Document details regarding the estimated time of arrival for incoming stock, quantities reserved for preventive maintenance, and approval indicators for supply-constrained parts.
- Enhance personal product knowledge to foster growth opportunities.
- Exhibit meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
- Utilize various resources, including product literature and supplier websites, to expand product knowledge.
- Complete additional projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications We Seek:
- A High School Diploma or GED, along with a minimum of 6 months of experience in customer support or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using software applications such as Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- A proven ability to build trust and credibility with external clients.
- A strong sense of curiosity and a quick learning aptitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, complemented by strong listening abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to foster effective working relationships.
