Your Job

As Talent Management and Training coordinator you'll be in charge of coordinating and supporting the development of strategies to promote the growth of internal talent, as well as creating material and training based on the needs that can be identified.

Our Team

This position will be part of human resources department and will add value creating strategic relationships within all functional areas in the plant to perform its role.

What You Will Do

  • Identification of needs and creation of development plans
  • Help guide management staff to create strategies to develop talent.
  • Encourage managers to provide feedback.
  • Identify potential in internal talent related to soft skills and work to elaborate plans to improve those skills.
  • Create learning material and coordinate training for hard skills in conjunction with trainers.
  • Monitoring training effectiveness.
  • Improve the onboarding experience of new employees.
  • Make existing processes more efficient or propose improvements in order to optimize timing.
  • Be a reference in Change Management based on the company culture that can make things happen.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong experience in manufacturing environment from Talent Management and training positions, attending direct and indirect labor positions
  • Knowledge of ERPs to manage training courses and progress.
  • Proven experience in creation of didactic material for trainings and monitoring training effectiveness.
  • Self-driven person.
  • English proficient.
