Position Overview

We are seeking skilled professionals for our team in the role of:

Human Resources Specialist

This is an administrative role focused on enhancing our human resources functions.

Location: Not specified

Work Schedule: Full-time with adaptable hours.

Candidate Profile: Proven experience in HR within a manufacturing environment.

Required Qualifications: Previous HR experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively engage in setting priorities for the HR Division and contribute to the strategic planning and implementation of HR initiatives. This involves determining team priorities and resource allocation. Hold full authority in human resources management, including developing job descriptions, selecting candidates, making hiring decisions, and managing employee performance. Oversee multiple HR projects and activities, contributing to the strategic direction and mission of the HR department. Address complex performance management issues, grievances, and terminations, ensuring fair application of HR policies. Participate in collective bargaining and influence negotiation strategies. Manage sensitive employee relations issues that impact workplace productivity. Utilize HR management theories and best practices to influence negotiation outcomes and address emerging HR trends.

Job Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting, with a focus on Talent Management and Recruitment. English proficiency is not mandatory Bachelor's degree required.
