MarshMcLennan has an exciting opportunity for a NEW GRADUATE BENEFITS to join our MMB Team in our Office in Mexico City. This role is within our dynamic and growing Benefits team.

We will count on you to:

  • Responsible for overseeing the correct issuance of all documentation pertaining to the transaction including, but not limited to invoicing, policy review and all pre and post binding documentation.
  • Manage, negotiate policy renewals and contract terms
  • Participate in meetings and presentations with clients
  • Preparation of accident metrics and presentation in reports
  • Prepare reports and presentation for clients
  • Execute talks to colleagues
  • Act as an escalation point

What you need to have:

  • University Degree or student on the last semester in BA or International Business
  • A high level of communication skills, essential for establishing good working relationships
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel (Pivot tables, V-lookup, Concatenate) PowerPoint, Outlook
  • English language fluency
