Overview of the Operations Talent Program

The Operations Talent Program (OTP) is a specialized graduate initiative aimed at empowering exceptional recent graduates to fast-track their careers within EssilorLuxottica's Global Operations. This program is conducted across various Operations Hubs, providing a unique opportunity to immerse oneself in the multifaceted world of operations.

Program Structure
From the outset, participants will be integrated into one of the Operations Functions, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Logistics, R&D, Sourcing, Quality, and New Product Introduction. Alongside practical experience, participants will engage in a series of training activities designed to enhance their professional development. After the initial year, a job rotation within the same function will broaden their perspective and facilitate learning across different domains.

The program begins with a comprehensive Academy phase lasting six months, laying the foundation for subsequent learning. During this time, participants will build a strong network with fellow trainees and gain insights into the company's operations. Following this, they will delve into advanced management topics through collaboration with a prestigious European Business School, aimed at cultivating strategic skills essential for a successful career in operations. The program culminates in an individual Project Work, where participants will apply their knowledge to an innovative project and present their findings to leadership.

Essential Qualifications
Applicants must possess a degree in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or Economics, obtained within the last year or expected in the near future. Candidates should have a maximum of one year of professional experience post-graduation and demonstrate fluency in English, with additional languages considered advantageous. A willingness to commence the program in one of the Operations hubs is also required.

Selection Process
The application process involves completing an online application.
