This role is within our dynamic and growing Advisory team, where you will have the chance to work with a collaborative and diverse team, and contribute to the development of our clients' benefits strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Benefit Assessment: Prepare a strategy for our clients' benefits, whether it's an existing client or a new one.
- Account Management: Manage day-to-day interactions with clients, solving claims or questions regarding the usage of local benefits.
- Keeping local contacts aware of any policy/coverage changes in Mexico.
- Invoicing: Collect payments from local clients on a daily basis.
- Internal and external coordination: Maintain relationships with internal supporting areas and external providers to deliver a satisfying service to our clients.
- College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Actuarial Sciences, or International Studies.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- English language fluency.
- A journey of growth and acceleration, including technical and theoretical training, on-the-job training, and coaching.
