**Job Information**:- Department Name- TRAINING & DEV- Job Type- Full time- Industry- Training- Service Now Ticket- INC*******- Modality- On Site- Work Experience- 3-5 years- Assigned Recruiter Contact- Date Opened- 11/06/2025- City- Tijuana- State/Province- Baja California- Country- Mexico- Zip/Postal Code- *****- Lead, develop, and oversee the training team responsible for designing and delivering programs in leadership, organizational culture, and administrative competencies (HR, Marketing, Finance, Communications, etc.).Ensure strategic alignment with company values and objectives, drive continuous improvement, and foster organizational impact through high-quality learning experiences.Serve as the primary liaison between the training team, administrative departments, and instructional design, with a strong focus on professional growth and development.- **Job responsibilities and functions**- Generate Learning experiences, contents & assets (manuals, courses, playbooks, eLearnings, etc) aligned with the specific business requirements.- Audit and supervise training sessions focused on leadership, culture, and administrative skills.- Coordinate the deployment of leadership, compliance, and culture programs across all administrative areas.- Maintain active communication with leaders in HR, Marketing, Finance, Communications, and other administrative departments to identify training needs.- Collaborate with the instructional design team to adapt and update materials according to administrative and leadership requirements.- Monitor and report on trainer performance, ensuring achievement of KPIs related to leadership, culture, and compliance development.- Facilitate coaching and feedback sessions for trainers, emphasizing soft skills, leadership, and cultural competencies.- Lead organizational development initiatives and strategic projects related to culture and leadership.- Evaluate the impact of training programs using learning metrics, organizational climate indicators, and administrative results.- Promote and embody company values and culture in all training activities and interactions.- Escalate relevant issues to HR, Compliance, or administrative departments as appropriate.- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and results-oriented environment within the training team.- Consolidate training efforts, learning activities and development practices for Admin population to create a new function dedicated to Admin L&D.Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree.- Advanced English level.- Specialized knowledge:People management.- Evaluation of competencies- Data Analysis-- Computer knowledge:MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms - advanced).- Instructiona design tools.- MS Teams (intermediate).-- Experience: 3 years in training or education related fields.- Strong attention to detail- Organizational skills- Leadership- Ability to work independently **Benefits**:- Competitive weekly salary- Excellent location (Zona Río, Tijuana)- Legal benefits- Christmas bonus- Savings fund- Profit sharing (PTU)- Vacation days- Vacation premium- Extra paid days off- Private medical insurance and preventative care- Friendly work environment- Financing and discounts at local restaurants and coffee shops- Growth opportunities
