The Training & Development Specialist is responsible for the research, proposal, design, implementation and conducting of any respective training and development program.They should attend any necessary training on hosting the programs, as well as collaborate with any necessary internal or external personnel.General Responsibilities- Leads training sessions- Leads the testing of trainees to evaluate and measure their learning process- Moderates the design and development of training and educational programs- Leads coaching sessions for less experiences peers, and to further individual ability and skill with hosting training and development programsExperience / Qualifications- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands- Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity- Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers- Designs and administrates training programs.- Provides expertise in development design.- Identifies training needs and provides recommendations on programs and activities.- Guides managers and supervisors in developing training skills.- Delivers training programs.- Provides staff training.- Maintains records and provides participants with feedback.- Develop, maintains and updates training procedures and processes.- Attends customers and quality standards audits with all training related activities to demonstrate process effectiveness.- Supervises Production Trainers.- Manage the orientation program for new hires and on-the-job training.- Leads the Commission of Training and Productivity.- Responsible to maintain all the Training regulations in comply with the Federal Labor Law.- Manages schoolarship programs as INEA and/or Middle School.LI-AA2SmarterTogether- Collaborating at Sensata means working with some of the world's most talented people in an enriching environment that is constantly pushing towards the next best thing- Employees work across functions, countries and cultures gaining new perspectives through mutual respect and open communication- As OneSensata, we are working together to make things work togetherClick here to viewSensata Recruitment Privacy StatementClick here to view ourSensata Recruitment Privacy Statement for China
