Main activities:

- Perform training observations to identify areas of opportunity of training material and/or trainers
- Coordinate training resources such as trainers, training rooms, headsets, cameras, etc. to comply with the needs of the company
- Create and execute development plans and timelines for trainers and trainees as required
- Have critical conversations with trainers and trainees as needed
- Support during the implementation of new projects
- Approve presentations, manuals, content, eLearnings and any training material in general after assessing its effectiveness and relevancy
- Take action on retaining efforts and support in company’s retention strategies

Job profile:

- University or college
- Bilingual
- Computer knowledge: windows office, word, excel, power point and social media.
- Special knowledge: Learning methodology, measurement of learning effectiveness and action planning
- 1-3 years of experience in learning, training or related fields

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Salario: $35,000.00 - $35,100.00 al mes
