We're looking for aproactive, detail-driven Payroll Specialist to join our team.You will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll administration across our global employee base.In this role, you will not only manage payroll operations but also look for smarter ways of working by using automation, tools, and data to improve accuracy, efficiency, and employee experience.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys digging into processes, collaborating across departments, and applying technology to streamline routine tasks.Experience with payroll systems is a must, but we are especially interested in candidates who think beyond the manual work and bring a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation.Your ResponsibilitiesMake sure HR and payroll policies are followed and applied in daily work; Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payroll administration; Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors to ensure smooth payroll execution; Maintain and update data in relevant systems (e.G. BambooHR, Trinet); Prepare, process, and check monthly payroll data, reports, and reconciliations; Answer payroll-related questions from employees and provide pro forma payslips or resolve payment issues; Handle payroll issues, elevate when needed, and follow through to resolution; Spot process inefficiencies and suggest ways to improve or automate recurring tasks; Work with internal teams to improve data flows and reduce manual work; Help test and roll out new tools or AI-based solutions that make payroll work easier and more accurate.Who You AreHigher education in HR, Finance, or equivalent through experience; 3 to 5 years ofhands-on experience in a similar payroll role; Good knowledge of Mexico's, US and international payroll legislation; Experience working with systems like BambooHR or similar; Fluent in English and Spanish; Tech-savvy and open to trying new tools, including basic AI applications or low-code platforms; Independent, organized, and accurate, with a practical and creative mindset; Collaborative and service-oriented, with clear communication skills.Bonus PointsAffinity with AI and its use in daily HR or payroll tasks; Experience working in international payroll environments.What We OfferA role with both structure and freedom, with clear tasks and space to improve how things are done; The chance to shape how payroll is handled in a fast-moving, supportive environment; An international team with friendly colleagues across departments; Access to good tools and openness to new ideas that make work more effective; Yearly trainingbudget; A flexible hybrid work setup that balances remote work and in-office collaboration.#J-*****-Ljbffr
