How You Will Create An Impact Setting strategic direction, evaluating tactical distribution situations, and formulating plans across our brokers. Leveraging our internal capabilities to provide solutions throughout our broker partnerships across the business and strengthening our value proposition. Leading relationship and execution of consumer and commercial strategies for national producers and aligned with local agreements to deliver increased retention and new business production. Development and execution of best practices with Product Lines and other stakeholders. What You’ll Need To Succeed Proven experience leading brokers/agents client‑facing teams and ability to meet industry market needs. Ability to operate within a fast‑paced industry and adapt to change in a demanding commercial environment. Project management skills required to manage multiple requirements across challenging timelines. Analytical mindset with ability to translate data, insight and ideas into actionable, results‑oriented strategies with producers/sponsors, recognizing opportunities for optimization and implementing changes. Ability to assess needs of brokers and clients base and turn those needs into winning client acquisition and retention strategies.
