Positrace is redefining the fleet management industry with our innovative SaaS platform and exceptional customer service.Headquartered in Burnaby, BC, and operating internationally, we have overcustomers across North America and ambitious expansion plans.Our mission to make fleets more profitable is driven by core values of Resilience, Innovation, Stewardship, and Excellence.Why This Role MattersAs the most senior member of our MX enterprise sales team, you will focus on securing and expanding major enterprise accounts, turning opportunities into key customer wins and driving significant revenue growth.Your ability to close large deals and engage with senior leaders at Mexico's largest companies will make you a central figure in our ongoing success.This role is your chance to be at the forefront of our growth, shaping the future of our company and the industry at large.Who You AreYou are a dynamic and driven sales professional with an extensive track record closing software deals over $1M MXN.Beyond your ability to negotiate and secure large-scale contracts, you bring a deep commitment to building and nurturing strong relationships both with clients and within our team.You possess a strong sense of urgency and a deep-seeded passion for winning, which aligns with our mission-driven approach.Key ResponsibilitiesDirectly manage and close deals with Enterprise accounts across Mexico.Initiate contact with potential clients, focusing on engaging senior leaders.Mentor more junior team members to enhance their skills and improve our sales process.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and loyalty.Stay ahead of market trends and competitor movements to strategically position Positrace for success.Build and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with internal teams to facilitate the closure of major deals.Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records, track sales progress, and regularly produce comprehensive reports and forecasts.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experienceProven track record in a SaaS environment, particularly with large-scale deals.Excellent analytical and communication skills, capable of persuading and influencing a diverse audience.5+ years as a top performing Account ExecutiveTrack record of consistently exceeding KPI targets and closing deals over $1M MXNSharp analytical and communication skillsFamiliarity with fleet management / telematics industry is a bonus but not requiredNative-level Spanish and fluent EnglishWhy PosiTrace?Competitive salary and uncapped commissionGrowth paths to higher-level sales roles and leadership positionsIn-depth onboarding program and ongoing mentorshipWe welcome all qualified applicants, prioritizing skill and character.Ready to dial into your next career stage?Let's talk.LocationMexico City#J-*****-Ljbffr
