Como Enterprise Account Executive en Toku, serás responsable por el crecimiento y las ventas a través de un enfoque consultivo, posicionándote como un aliado estratégico con nuestros clientes.Liderarás la adquisición de nuevos negocios y clientes, y las relaciones de largo plazo con ellos, coordinando estrategias de venta y postventa.Mantendrás un conocimiento actualizado de las tendencias en tecnología digital y gestión de pagos, aplicándolas para el beneficio de nuestros clientes y de nuestra empresa.Principales responsabilidades?? Realizar procesos de venta consultiva: te sentarás con potenciales clientes, entenderás sus necesidades y cerrarás negocios.?? Llevar a cabo demostraciones de uso de nuestros productos y mostrarás casos de éxito.Darás a entender porqué Toku es la mejor opción para su negocio.?? Generar relaciones profesionales sólidas con líderes C-level de diversas áreas (Dirección financiera, Operación, Tech, Compliance).Nuestros clientes te verán como su aliado y socio de confianza.?? Crear nuevas estrategias comerciales.En Toku somos innovación, y buscamos profesionales que no le tengan miedo a pensar diferente.Requisitos5+ años de experiencia en procesos de venta consultiva de producto o servicio complejo.Entender profundamente las necesidades de los clientes potenciales, generar propuestas de acuerdo a sus necesidades y cerrar acuerdos exitosos.Experiencia en demostración de productos y presentación de casos de éxito.Construcción y mantención de relaciones profesionales sólidas y duraderas con los clientes.Creación de estrategias comerciales y mentalidad innovadora.Cumplimiento de metas desafiantes, y disfrutar de las recompensas al alcanzarlas.Fuerte deseo de superar metas y ser recompensado por ello.Habilidad para negociar con altos ejecutivos en un ambiente de partnership.Alta motivación y proactividad.Excelentes habilidades analíticas y de comunicación.Beneficios??
