growing, and our teams build the future of Global Payroll by elevating the processes and ways of working in the industry.What You BringKnowledge of payroll best practices.Proficient in using software tools like Excel or Google Sheet.An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact.Constantly thinking of ways to improve and speed up your work.Experience with Colombia or Costa Rica payroll processing.Experience with in-house payroll processing would be considered a plus.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess GP and in-house payrolls, statutory filing requirements and payroll approvals.Update and maintain accurate payroll records.Support the Payroll Ops team with admin related tasks.Maintain Zendesk ticket queue.Serve as a primary point of contact for customers.Responsible for ensuring full data integrity.Be able to build processes from ground up and focus on
