tools like Excel or Google Sheet.An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact.Constantly thinking of ways to improve and speed up your work.Experience with Colombia or Costa Rica payroll processing.Experience with in-house payroll processing would be considered a plus.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess GP and in-house payrolls, statutory filing requirements and payroll approvals.Update and maintain accurate payroll records.Support the Payroll Ops team with admin related tasks.Maintain Zendesk ticket queue.Serve as a primary point of contact for customers.Responsible for ensuring full data integrity.Be able to build processes from ground up and focus on
