Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales 
  • Conduct quality product training and technical guidance to customers to resolve technical problems (both software & hardware) 
  • Build quality relationships with customers and managers 
  • Provide in-house technical support to sales staff 
  • Leading the design of the program for the customer 
  • Constantly collect and feedback on customers and the market’s demand for the company’s products 
  • Product-related testing as per customer application requirements 
After-Sales 
  • After-sales technical support (training, maintenance, hands-on repair, remote support) 
  • Feedback product product-related issues to research and development personnel for improvement 
  • Summarize issues and organize them into technical questions on reporting 
  • Develop and produce quality guidelines materials as per customer requirements 

Non-technical requirements: 
  • Good written and spoken communication skills, be able to report to supervisor overseas 
  • Support focus mind, capable to solve/simplify customer challenges 
  • Willing to learn and patience when dealing with tight timelines • Good analytic thinking and ability to solve technical problems 
  • Must be friendly, energetic, passionate independently 

Job requirement: 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/IT/Software/ Electronics/Electrical Engineering or the equivalent required 
  • Understanding coding is a must. Being able to do programming will be a bonus 
  • Technical competency in Android POS or any relevant experience will be a bonus 
  • Must have IT knowledge and hands-on person 
  • Well-disciplined and have an attitude to learning a new system
