**Requisitos**:
Ubicación**:Parque Industrial el Bajio Tecate. B.C**
- **Ingles Avanzado**:

- Escolaridad preparatoria, licenciatura trunca o terminada.
- Experiência en áreas de Atención al Cliente y/o Gestión de Cuentas Clave.
- Conocimientos prácticos de software, bases de datos y herramientas de atención al cliente.
- Fuerte conocimiento de Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)
- Habilidades de comunicación efectiva.
- Habilidades de Análisis de datos.
- Fuerte atención al detalle.
- Fuerte Iniciativa y proactividad.

**RESPONSABILIDADES**:

- Mantener la relación con el cliente brindando el mejor nível posible de soporte con una comunicación honesta y oportuna.
- Realizar Ruteo de pallets para determinar la organización de los Carriers para la recolección de productos.
- Descarga de Guías de Retail para realizar el correcto envío de los productos.
- Realizar Bill of Lading o BOL, para garantizar que los exportadores reciban el pago y los importadores reciban la mercancía que ordenaron.
- Garantizar la entrega a tiempo del producto.
- Notificar a los clientes de posibles retrasos.
- Preparar y presentar cronogramas de recuperación al cliente.
- Dar soporte a reuniones internas y externas de estado y escalamiento.
- Es responsable del monitoreo del SLA de órdenes de productos.
- Es responsable de seguir paso a paso los SOP de los productos que pertenecen a los principales clientes de la compañía.
- Es responsable de apoyar al equipo de account manager en dudas respecto a la manera de ejecutar el trabajo.
- Es responsable del manejo de sus cuentas asignadas.
- Colaborar con distintos departamentos para asegurarse que las ordenes bajo sus cuentas salgan en tiempo y manera.
- Es responsable de comunicarse y colaborar con los clientes en una base diaria a entender sus necesidades y cómo podemos nosotros cubrir esas necesidades.
- Atender y ayudar a resolver las problemáticas de los clientes.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora y disputar errores con los clientes.
- Apoyar las reuniones y discusiones con el cliente.
- Asegurarse de cualquier ajuste en los requisitos de producción sean actualizados y se comunique internamente.
- Apoyar el flujo descendente de cumplimiento de órdenes de compra.
- Apoyo a Billing Support y resolver discrepancias de precios y facturación.
- Preparar y respaldar cotizaciones de repuestos y componentes.
- Otras funciones que le sean asignadas.
